About the Role
DevDinos is looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Product Designer who can transform complex requirements into intuitive, functional, and visually engaging digital experiences.
You will play an important role in designing interfaces for SaaS platforms, business applications, dashboards, and websites. Working closely with developers and other team members, you will help ensure our products are not only visually consistent but also practical, accessible, and easy to use.
We value designers who approach problems thoughtfully, understand user behaviour, and make design decisions based on usability rather than aesthetics alone.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Create and maintain reusable design components and scalable design systems.
Develop comprehensive layouts using Figma, including Auto Layout and component variants.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
Consider accessibility, usability, consistency, and responsiveness throughout the design process.
Design complete user experiences, including loading, empty, error, and success states.
Review existing interfaces and recommend improvements based on usability principles.
Prepare clear design specifications and supporting documentation for development teams.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant experience in UI/UX or digital product design.
A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world projects and design thinking.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, and prototyping.
Strong understanding of typography, colour, visual hierarchy, spacing, and layout systems.
Experience designing responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility fundamentals.
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and respond constructively to feedback.
Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing SaaS platforms, administrative dashboards, or complex business applications.
Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development constraints.
Experience establishing or maintaining design systems.
